Confidential Partnership Inquiry

Start the conversation
on your terms, at
your pace

This page is the structured private inquiry form for practice owners interested in beginning a conversation about partnership, acquisition, or succession. The form is intentionally different from the consumer side of the site, no Calendly link, no immediate scheduling, no pressure to commit to a time before there's been any contact.

A 30-minute open scheduling link is the right tool for booking a strategy session with an individual high earner. For a confidential conversation with a CPA practice owner about partnership or succession, it's the wrong tool. The conversation deserves more care; the inquiry deserves more privacy; the response deserves more thought than a calendar system can provide.

The inquiry below is reviewed personally by Reenu Cherian or a senior partnership lead. Response comes within 48 hours, with a personal reply, not an automated calendar invite. The mutual NDA is sent before any practice-specific conversation begins. Your firm, your situation, your timeline, confidential by default, throughout.

The inquiry

A few questions, then we'll be in touch

The questions below are not required, leave fields blank if they don't apply or if you'd rather discuss them on the call. The form is structured to give us enough context to make the first conversation productive, while protecting your privacy until the NDA is in place.

Your contact

So we can reach you privately.

Your firm

High-level information only. Detailed specifics happen under NDA after first contact.

Your situation

What's prompting the inquiry, directionally is fine.

Confidentiality

Standard mutual confidentiality, before any practice-specific discussion.

You'll receive a personal reply within 48 hours, Monday-Friday US-Pacific business hours.

A note on the form

Why structured inquiry rather than Calendly

The consumer side of MicroTax, individual high earners booking 30-minute Strategy Sessions, uses an open Calendly link. For that audience, in that context, it's the right tool: low friction, immediate scheduling, fast confirmation, clear next steps.

For partnership conversations, the same tool produces a worse outcome. A practice owner who has spent thirty years building a firm doesn't want to navigate a scheduling system, pick a 30-minute slot from a grid of availability, and then sit through a conversation that's been time-boxed to fit a generic appointment. The conversation deserves more care than that, both in how it begins and in how it's prepared for.

The structured inquiry form serves the same purpose Calendly serves on the consumer side, connect the prospect to the right person to talk with, but with the care the conversation deserves. The fields are designed to give us enough context to make the first call productive without requiring you to disclose anything sensitive before the NDA is in place. The 48-hour response window is calibrated to give us time to read the inquiry thoughtfully rather than respond automatically.

The response that comes back will be a personal reply from Reenu or a senior partnership lead, not a calendar invite. The reply will acknowledge what you've shared, address any specific questions or concerns in the inquiry, and propose the next step (typically a first conversation, with the NDA process initiated in parallel).

The first call, when it happens, is 45 minutes rather than 30. Long enough to genuinely discuss your situation; short enough to respect your time. The call is conducted in whatever channel you prefer, video, audio-only, or in some cases in-person if the geography works. The pace is structured around the conversation rather than around a scheduling system.

If at any point the conversation reveals that partnership isn't the right answer for your firm, we'll say so. If the timing isn't right, we'll say that too. If the conversation simply needs to pause while you think, for weeks, months, or longer, that's accommodated. The conversation pattern is structured around the human reality of a major professional decision, not around a sales funnel.

If you have questions about the inquiry process itself, or if there's an alternative way you'd prefer to make initial contact (a personal email, a referral introduction, a quiet phone call to a number you'd like to share privately), the field for additional notes accommodates any of these. We'll honor the channel you prefer.

For clarity

What this page is not

This is not a sales-pipeline form.

Submitting the inquiry does not add you to a marketing list, a CRM nurture sequence, or a quarterly check-in cadence. The form's purpose is to connect you to the right person for an initial conversation. After that conversation, future contact happens only at the pace you set.

This is not a commitment to anything.

Submitting the inquiry doesn't commit you to a conversation, an NDA, a partnership, or any next step. If after submitting you decide you'd rather not have the conversation after all, the inquiry is closed at your request and no further contact happens.

This is not a price-quote request.

The conversations that follow this inquiry are diagnostic and exploratory. They are not transactional. Specific economic terms, partnership revenue share, acquisition multiples, structural arrangements, are discussed under NDA once both sides have decided the relationship has the right foundation, not during the inquiry response.

This is not the only way to reach us.

Practitioners who'd prefer to make initial contact through a personal referral, a peer introduction, or a private phone call can do so. If you have a referral source within the MicroTax partner network or among the wealth-advisory community we work with, mentioning their name in the notes field is sufficient to initiate that warmer-channel approach. We honor referral relationships carefully.
